Immediate opening: we are hiring an in-process quality controller in Ivo, Ebonyi State. The job is in an automotive parts factory. Ideal candidate: • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits The role involves inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation; verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing; operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools; draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans; segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items. ₦175,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
