Cake decorator — Shawano County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a cake decorator in Shawano County, Wisconsin. You will work at a busy bakery. You will keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
