Heavy equipment operator — Elmore County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator in Elmore County, Alabama. You will work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance; excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs; keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly; dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds; grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient; inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up. You should have: • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat 3+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
