Dish pit attendant — Yoakum County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Yoakum County, Texas. You will be based in a hospital canteen. You will scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates We offer $220 per day plus benefits.
