Overlocker operator wanted in Early County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an overlocker operator in Early County, Georgia. Day to day you will thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension; topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required. What we are looking for: • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams 6+ years on the tools preferred.
