Fabricator-welder — Rush County

Join our team: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Rush County, Indiana. The job is at a steel fabrication workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints What we are looking for: • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
