Bread baker • Platte County, Missouri

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread baker in Platte County, Missouri. You will work at a café with an on-site bakery. Day-to-day duties: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
