Great opportunity: we are hiring an oven operator in City and Borough of Birmingham, England. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to work early-morning and night shifts The role involves: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
