Rebar worker — Obubra

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a rebar worker in Obubra, Cross River State. On the job you will handle: • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing • Set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift • Tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors You should have: • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
