Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Cumberland County, Illinois. You will work on an industrial coating line. On a typical shift you will top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns. What we are looking for: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off.
