Join our team: we are hiring a baker in Dodge County, Wisconsin. You will work in a bread factory. The role involves: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch You should have: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to work early-morning and night shifts At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
