Dish pit attendant — Cross County

Join our team: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Cross County, Arkansas. You will work at a banquet hall. You will polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls. You should have: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
