Offshore rigger wanted in Lafayette County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an offshore rigger in Lafayette County, Arkansas. You will work on an offshore oil and gas platform. Day-to-day duties: • Secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads What we are looking for: • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites We offer $5,100 per month plus benefits. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
