Lathe programmer-operator wanted in Madison County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a lathe programmer-operator in Madison County, Indiana. You will be based in a job-work machining unit. On a typical shift you will measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers; check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet; adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish; set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets; run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles. What we are looking for: • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends.
