Now hiring: we are hiring a deboner in York County, South Carolina. You will be based at a wholesale meat market. You will sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date. Requirements: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Part-time with flexible hours.
