Urgent requirement: final inspection operator (Illinois)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a final inspection operator in McHenry County, Illinois. Day-to-day duties: • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line You should have: • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • Willing to work rotating and night shifts • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor 2+ years on the tools preferred.
