MIG welder — Pembrokeshire

Join our team: we are hiring a MIG welder in Pembrokeshire, Wales. You will be based in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings You will clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose. Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer £1,750 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
