Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Jackson County, South Dakota. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. You should have: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates The role involves empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift.
