Lifting rigger — Perry County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a lifting rigger in Perry County, Indiana. You will work at a busy construction site. Your main tasks: • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks • Read lift plans and method statements before starting • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
