Urgent requirement: steam press operator (Wisconsin)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a steam press operator in Waukesha County, Wisconsin. You will work at a textile finishing unit. On the job you will handle: • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots Requirements: • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep Part-time with flexible hours.
