Scullery hand — Linn County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a scullery hand in Linn County, Iowa. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. Requirements: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) On the job you will handle: • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
