Ideal candidate: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness You will punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; check back during the meal and handle special requests; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
