Foundry worker wanted in Bonner County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a foundry worker in Bonner County, Idaho. On a typical shift you will inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects; assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together; maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings; melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces; shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale. Ideal candidate: • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal 5+ years on the tools preferred.
