Lift erector — Ben Hill County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a lift erector in Ben Hill County, Georgia. What we are looking for: • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways On a typical shift you will fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork; carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes; measure rope tension and check for broken strands; mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators; fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables. 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
