The role involves: • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator What we are looking for: • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
