Join our team: we are hiring an argon welding operator in Monroe County, Arkansas. Your main tasks: • Run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush • Set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks • Inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut • Feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool What we are looking for: • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
