Rigging foreman • Cannon County, Tennessee

Join our team: we are hiring a rigging foreman in Cannon County, Tennessee. Day to day you will inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use; set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads; take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings; establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area; attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight. You should have: • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
