Production machine operator • Knox County, Illinois

Great opportunity: we are hiring a production machine operator in Knox County, Illinois. You will work at a busy manufacturing plant. Your main tasks: • Report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature • Load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
