Immediate opening: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Dewey County, Oklahoma. Day-to-day duties: • Season and marinate meat on request • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter 4+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $3,800 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
