Road roller operator • Morrison County, Minnesota

Great opportunity: we are hiring a road roller operator in Morrison County, Minnesota. You should have: • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise Your main tasks: • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects • Excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
