Powder coating operator — Toto

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Toto, Nasarawa State. Day-to-day duties: • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns You should have: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth ₦195,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
