Bakery assistant wanted in Adams County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Adams County, Wisconsin. The job is at a café with an on-site bakery. The role involves: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Score the top of loaves before baking You should have: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
