Day to day you will seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings; lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding; fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors. Requirements: • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
