Ideal candidate: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Basic cake decorating and piping skills The role involves weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; score the top of loaves before baking; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
