Requirements: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms The role involves mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat. Pay around $5,000 per month, based on your experience. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
