Cake decorator — Chouteau County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cake decorator in Chouteau County, Montana. The job is at a busy bakery. The role involves roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
