Moulder wanted in Colfax County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a moulder in Colfax County, New Mexico. You will work on the moulding line. The role involves fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges; tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle; assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together; prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes; melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces; operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant. You should have: • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
