Cnc lathe operator — Worth County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a cnc lathe operator in Worth County, Iowa. You will be based at a busy machine shop. Ideal candidate: • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm The role involves: • Load and index turning tools in the turret • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish Full-time with occasional weekends.
