Machine operator • Franklin County, Illinois

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a machine operator in Franklin County, Illinois. You will work on a production line. Day-to-day duties: • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station • Segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet • Follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine Requirements: • Good attention to detail and steady hands • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
