Vertical milling machine operator • Madison County, Nebraska

Great opportunity: we are hiring a vertical milling machine operator in Madison County, Nebraska. Day to day you will hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control. Requirements: • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
