Single needle operator — New Castle County

Join our team: we are hiring a single needle operator in New Castle County, Delaware. Your main tasks: • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension • Sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish You should have: • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. $220 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
