Container truck driver — Lafayette County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a container truck driver in Lafayette County, Arkansas. The role involves: • Plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules • Check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels • Present documents at weighbridges and check posts • Couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock • Log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards • Secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars Requirements: • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence • Current Driver CPC qualification card At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. $3,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
