Powder coating technician — Douglas County

Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Douglas County, South Dakota. The job is at an automotive components factory. The role involves: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun What we are looking for: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Part-time with flexible hours.
