Join our team: we are hiring a press machine operator in Mercer County, New Jersey. You will be based in a metal fabrication workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Deburr and stack finished components for the next operation • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean • Watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges You should have: • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
