Immediate opening: we are hiring a fusing press operator in Perry County, Illinois. You will work in a tailoring workshop. The role involves: • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots • Give each garment a final press before packing • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Pay around $3,300 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
