Kitchen cook wanted in Franklin County

Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Franklin County, Iowa. Day-to-day duties: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
