Join our team: we are hiring a tile setter in James City County, Virginia. The job is on a residential construction site. Ideal candidate: • Able to work to deadlines on busy sites • Physically fit for kneeling, bending and lifting tile boxes • Skilled with a wet saw, angle grinder and manual cutter On a typical shift you will match the tile pattern and coursing across the walls; check the falls to floor wastes so the water drains away; grout the joints and wipe off the excess with a damp sponge; set out mosaic sheets and trim them to fit the edges; fit skirting tiles, step nosings and external corner trims. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
