Painter and decorator — Rockingham County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a painter and decorator in Rockingham County, North Carolina. You will be based on a residential building site. You should have: • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec • Own brushes and basic hand tools Your main tasks: • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer • Cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames • Apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls • Carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
