Dry lining plasterer • Gordon County, Georgia

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dry lining plasterer in Gordon County, Georgia. You will work at a plastering and dry lining contractor. On a typical shift you will mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency; apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls; apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork; check walls for plumb and level as you go; apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for lifting bags of plaster and mixing all day • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
