UPVC welding machine operator — Berkeley County

Now hiring: we are hiring an uPVC welding machine operator in Berkeley County, South Carolina. You will work on a window-and-door production line. You should have: • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop On a typical shift you will wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile; fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam; fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails; cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees; install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter; insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it.
